SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Ground Shipment - Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail generally, or Fed Ex if glass is involved. We do bill you separately by paypal for shipping and handling once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Continental U.S.: Your order will be delivered within 5-10 business days, excluding holidays, following credit card authorization and verification.

We also offer express, overnight and international delivery. Please contact us if you would prefer one of these methods.

SALES TAX

Because we are located in the U.S. Virgin Islands, there is no sales tax!

Shipping contact information including phone numbers and shipping addresses are shared with delivery couriers in order to fulfill delivery of orders. The information that these companies receive from us is safeguarded and is only used to provide customer service.

Lucinda & Associates is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, rent, or exchange this information to any third party other than described above.

OUR EMAIL LIST

Newsletter subscribers receive new product information, special sales notifications, and updates on our latest happenings. We respect your privacy and will not sell, give, or rent our email lists. Our newsletter is a permission-based list only. If you send product information via our "Email to a friend" or "Wish List" functionalities, we will not capture or use the recipient's email without consent. You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time. If you wish to do so, please contact us and we will remove you promptly.
